DETAY ROBOTIK is in continous contact and collaboration with IML Robot Manufacturers and Automation companies at worldwide basis. In this regard, our automation systems can be integrated with IML Robots from various brands. The IML Dummy Cores & EOAT in the automation system shown in the video were produced by our company and integrated into our customer's robot to ensure the complete operation of the system and product stacking. We have expertise and experience with many different brands of IML Robots. We have actively participated as a technical solution partner in the production of IML containers in various sizes such as 1 liter, 2 liters, 5 liters, 10 liters, and 20 liters, both in round and square-rectangular forms, and continue our prospective studies in this direction. 

Metallic Labels in IML applications have become widely popular in recent years. The process of applying metallic labels in IML is significantly different from standard IML labels. Standard IML labels easily receive the static charging. However, with metallic labels, the static charge dissipates through the metal. Therefore, a two-step static charging process is implemented. In the first step, static charge is applied to the metallic label outside the mold. In the second step, static charging is  applied inside the mould again. This ensures that the static loss becomes minimal. Accordingly, the production of aesthetic and glossy products like metallic-looking trash bins are allowed. Our Company has been a solution partner in these processes. So far, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, we have successfully completing projects such as 10 liters, 20 liters, and 28 liters.

Experience is gained over time. Since establishment of our company in the year 2010, DETAY ROBOTIK has been involved in solving hundreds of IML Automation projects in over 40 countries. We have successfully completing all of those Projects. For the purpose of successfully completing a project, it is very important to receive precise technical datas (3D- Mould Drawings) from our customers. Besides, the customer's site conditions and environment shall also be well considered. As Company, we always strive to produce the most compact, efficient, and optimal solutions. Therefore, the more information our customers can provide us with, the easier it is for us to facilitate our work. Customer visits and site surveys are conducted on agreement for this purpose.
