Apart from the Top Entry and Side Entry Robot projects, we have been involved in the production of IML Automation Equipment (IML Dummy Core, Label Magazine, Gripper). In this Video a special project of 6-Axis IML Robot application is displayed. 6-Axis Robots can be considered as a costly investment and are thereby are used by a limited number of IML Container manufacturers. We manufactured IML Automation Cabin for this application. The IML Cabins we produce include Vacuum Equipment, PLC, Static Charger, serving as a complete automation station. Thus, with  the help of a single and simple communication cable, the magazine unit and robot can be interconnected. This solution can described as a plug-and-play solution provided by our company. As seen in the video, our expert team has the knowledge, experience, and design capabilities required for such high-tech projects. We continue our studies in the direction of developing technology and direction of the feedbacks received from our customers.

Production of labeled tables using the IML method can be mentioned as one of the most common applications. While some companies do this manually, we have successfully automated this process. As seen in the video, large plastic tables are labeled using the IML method. Precission machined Dummy Core Production is crucial in this process. We have conducted numerous trials to succeed in this project and have achieved know-how about optimal design parameters.
