DETAY ROBOTIK manufactures various IML Label Cabins. To define IML Cabins, we can describe them as complete workstations that support the operation of IML Robots. IML Cabins provide housing for the IML Label Magazines and also include the Vacuum Generator, Vacuum Pump, PLC, Static Charger and all components related to IML. In this respect, when the IML Cabin is connected to the IML Robot with a simple communication cable, the IML process can be operated under automation. In short, being a plug-and-play system, it is both a very practical and efficient product for IML Container producers. We manufacture our IML Cabinets from special profile materials resistant to rust. Additionally, we make them observable with door and window glass systems. Our company, which places high importance on safety, follows the Euromap67 protocols. If desired, our IML Magazine Cabins can be integrated with conveyor systems. Special camera monitoring systems can also be added. We place special importance on positioning, and our IML Cabinets are supported by adjustable feets to provide the desired rigidity.
