Description: IML Label Magazines can be described as the label chambers (areas) where IML label batches are stored during the IML process. It is very important that IML Magazines are designed so that the IML Robot's label picking arm can easily and efficiently retrieve the labels. Depending on the structure of the IML product, the type of robot that the customer owns, and the conditions of the customer's factory floor, we manufacture piston-type and carrier-type label magazines. Additionally, according to customer requests and space availability, we can produce magazines that are either floor-positioned or system-mounted. Proper positioning of labels is very important for the IML process. If labels are not taken from the correct9 position, misalignments and wrinkles may arise over the products coming out of the IML Injection Prrocess. One of the most common problems is that the labels sticking together in the Label Magazine.

Thanks to special fixing mechanisms and our demountable designs, our IML Magazines are designed to be easily adjustable and practical. We can provide IML Magazines as component or as complete Cabin System, including vacuum equipment, PLC, and Static Charger. The magazine system shown in the video is an IML Magazine System in the form of a Cabin System. We can also provide a lower table along with the IML Magazines to customers who request it, allowing the magazines to be raised to a height where the robot can easily reach them. Labels can be placed in the magazines manually, or we can recommend automatical label loading systems. We place special importance on safety in our systems. Regarding the System's doors and windows , Euromap67 protocols are followed by us to ensure that the system shuts down in case of undesired operations. We include a Safety Button as well for emergencies.
