DETAY ROBOTIK manufactures IML Side Entry and Top Entry (3-Axis) Robots that are custom according to customer requests . We recommend the most suitable IML Robot for our customers. That is depending on their injection molding machine, desired production efficiency, and factory space. The IML Robots we offer are given as complete set with the IML Dummy Core, Label Magazine Cabin, Label Pick Arm (Gripper), and all accessories included. Therefore, the receipt of 3D-Mold Data and up-to date information is very important for us in order to study and prepare our complete offer. Once an agreement is reached, we send our project concept presentation to the customer. Projects are started upon customer approval. On-site installation and technical support are carried out by our expertized team. Our IML Robots are compatible with the Label Magazine Cabins and can communicate through a single cable. It is preferred that customer has separate vacuum and blowing lines for a successful IML application.
